1. Where We Ship
We're based in Australia and proudly ship worldwide.
Whether you're in Sydney, San Francisco, or Stockholm — we'll get your book to you!
2. Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
If we experience any unexpected delays (for example, postal disruptions or stock replenishment), we'll let you know straight away.
3. Delivery Times

Please note that these are estimates only, and delivery times may vary depending on postal or customs processing.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — keep an eye out for those!
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number (where available).
You can use it to follow your order's journey through the carrier's website.
6. International Orders
For customers outside Australia:
- Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees once it arrives in your country.
- These charges are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.
- Customs processes can also cause delivery delays — unfortunately, these are beyond our control.
- Lost or damaged international parcels: Once your parcel leaves Australia, it's in the hands of international postal networks beyond AusPost's control. We can't replace or refund parcels that are lost, damaged, or held by customs in transit outside Australia. Tracking is provided where available, but international shipping is at the buyer's risk after dispatch.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by third-party carriers (such as Australia Post), and while we will assist in resolving any issues, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit beyond our reasonable control.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@6gc.com.au within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note:
- Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted
- We may require additional information to lodge a claim with the carrier
- In some cases, we may need to wait for the carrier's investigation outcome before finalising your claim
- Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased
8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
If you realise you've made a mistake, contact us straight away at hello@6gc.com.au — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update it.
