Bunney’s Backchat: Ashlee Bunney Has Entered the Chat
Ashlee Bunney has never been particularly interested in keeping her opinions safely tucked away. Now she’s given them somewhere to live.

Some people have thoughts. Some people have opinions. Some people have an internal monologue so loud it eventually needs its own website.
Ashlee Bunney, professional celebrant, MC, unapologetic shit-stirrer and certified Cuntfluencer™ has launched her own blog.
And honestly, it was probably only a matter of time.
Because if you've encountered Ashlee online, you'll know she isn't exactly built for sitting quietly in the corner while everyone else politely agrees.
Her brand has always been pretty simple:
Say the thing. Question the thing. Then probably say the thing again, but louder.
This Is Not Going to Be a Lifestyle Blog
You know the sort.
“Five ways to become your best self.”
“How to romanticise your morning routine.”
“Seven habits of highly successful people.”
“Why waking up at 4:30am changed my life.”
Good for them.
But if Ashlee wanted to write that sort of blog, she probably would have called it Bunney’s Blandchat.
Bunney’s Backchat sounds considerably more promising.
Ashlee has built a reputation around saying what she thinks, challenging the default and being perfectly comfortable making people a little uncomfortable in the process.
She has even been publicly described as a “rough-around-the-edges-free spirit with no filter and no apologies”.
Which is basically a job description for someone who should have a blog called Backchat.
The World Doesn't Need Another Polite Opinion
There is already an enormous amount of content online.
Millions of people telling us what to eat. How to dress. How to parent. How to communicate. How to manifest. How to optimise. How to become the best possible version of ourselves.
And somewhere along the way, everyone started sounding suspiciously like everyone else.
Ashlee has never really had that problem. Her approach is more:
“Hang on. Why the fuck are we doing it like that?”
Which is often where the interesting conversations start.
Her previous work and public commentary have already shown that she is quite happy to challenge conventions, particularly around weddings, relationships, and the assumptions people make about how everyone is supposed to behave.
That makes Bunney’s Backchat less of a reinvention and more of a natural progression.
She already had the backchat. Now it has somewhere to go.
And That's Why We Like It
At 6 Good Cunts, we have a fairly straightforward appreciation for people who notice things.
The weird things. The ridiculous things. The things everyone else has quietly accepted because apparently nobody wants to be the cunt who asks:
“Why?”
That's a big part of what Everyone's a Cunt is about.
Not being mean. Not finding people to hate. Just recognising that humans are weird, contradictory, hilarious creatures who routinely do things that make absolutely no fucking sense.
Ashlee gets that. She notices. She questions. She says things. Sometimes people love it. Sometimes people absolutely do not. And that's generally how you know you're saying something worth saying.
Consider This Your Warning
So, welcome to Bunney’s Backchat.
We don't know exactly where Ashlee is going to take it. That's probably the fun part. It might make you laugh. It might make you nod aggressively at your phone. It might piss you off.
You might send it to your mate with:
“This is fucking you.”
You might even disagree with her. Which is fine.
The internet has enough people desperately trying to make everyone agree with them.
Give us someone willing to have a bloody opinion.
Because backchat is generally more interesting than small talk.
And Ashlee Bunney has never struck us as someone particularly interested in small talk.
Just don't blame us if you end up agreeing with the cunt.
One Last Thing
Ashlee is one of Everyone’s a Cunt’s certified Cuntfluencers™.
Not because she has a large following. Not because she ticks some influencer checklist.
Because she has something considerably more useful: personality. And the balls to use it. That's worth backing.
So go forth, Bunney.
You've got the blog. You've got the opinions. You've already got the backchat. Now give the internet something worth talking about.
Bunney’s Backchat has entered the chat.
And somehow, we suspect it isn't going to leave quietly.
